What does it mean to be in a "Tribe" at Mt.Calvary?

 Whenever a person decides to become a member of Mt.Calvary, he or she is assigned to one of the Deacons.  Each Deacon has a responsibility to that member and other assigned members to be a spiritual ambassador for the Pastor providing communication, guidance, and spiritual support for these members. 

 Mt. Calvary uses the term "Tribe" to describe this family of members.  It is based on the Biblical reference to the 12 tribes of Israel.   Jacob fathered 12 sons. They are
