Ministry Mission Statement: Tomaintain and improve the quality of health of the members of the Church and community. Our vision is to be a fully operational entity that serves as a beneficial health reservoir and resource of health information.
Spiritual Requirement of Members: Be a member of Mt.Calvary Baptist Church; complete the New Members Orientation sessions; agree to adhere to the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Covenant, policies and rules of the Health Ministry.
Policy Requirement of Members: Attend monthly meetings; possess gifts or talents that can be used in this ministry; wear white lab coats with purple name tags while serving; publicize health information in the Calvary Courier Newsletter; provide first aid and light snacks for members who must eat at scheduled times; assist with the special needs and medically needy parishioners during worship services on Sunday; and serve as a health resource network.
