Our First Lady
First Lady Carol Love Coffie is a native Floridian who graduated from Bethune-Cookman University. While a student at Bethune-Cookman University, she became a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Communication.
She furthered her studies at the University of Central Florida where she earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
After marrying her college sweetheart, Rev. Edwin Coffie, Sister Coffie held several administrative positions. She effectively operates in the gift of administration, the gift of teaching and the gift of helping.
Sister Coffie works beside her husband who is the Senior Pastor. She serves as Advisor to the Women's Ministry and Youth Ministry. She is periodically supports the Christian Education Ministry as a Sunday School Teacher, and sings with the Women's Choir. She believes in the power of prayer, and makes an effort to look for the good in everything and everyone.
First Lady Coffie has one son who is a graduate of Morehouse College and the University of Notre Dame and one daughter who is a graduating senior at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys public speaking, reading, shopping, traveling and planning special events.
