Ministry Mission Statement:To make known the 'Christ' in Christian Education through teaching and studying the Word of God.
Spiritual Requirement of Members: Must exhibit characteristics of a Christian who understands the teachings and beliefs of the Mount Calvary BaptistChurch. Must respect the awesome responsibility of handling the Word of God. Must have a consistent prayer life. Must have completed New Members Orientation. Must attend Sunday School and Bible Study.
Policy Requirement of Members: Demonstrate an interest in learning and growing in the Word by attending Bible Study and Sunday School regularly; have an interest, experience or background in teaching Christian Education; exhibits an interest in young people, and demonstrates a willingness to serve.
Service Requirement of Members: Attend scheduled meetings; be punctual, prepared and flexible in schedules; willing to plan and team-teach, when needed; and attend training sessions/staff development when scheduled.
Annual Events: Black History Program, Easter Pageant, Youth Recognition Day; Vacation Bible School; Hallelujah Festival and a Christmas Pageant.
